Smashed Floral Skull Pendant

When a little sketch comes to life.  Designer, Meredith Kahn would get lost in her notebook during classes while attending grade school.  Somehow it stuck and this little sketch was born and turned into a sweet precious pendant.

What is Gold Filled?

Gold Filled is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of base metal or brass.  Gold Filled can typically take on the color of a higher carat of gold making it slightly more deeper/warmer toned.  As the clasp is made of Solid Brass and takes on a more yellow appearance as compared to the Gold Filled Chain.) The beauty of owning and wearing a Gold Filled chain vs. a chain that is simply plated in gold, is that you will get a much longer life out of your gold and can clean your chain with an ultrasonic cleaner, and polish it with a polishing cloth without it loosing its shine and finish.
