- In Stock Items- Please allow 2-3 business days to process all in stock items 
- Made to Order- Please allow 4 weeks for delivery for all items that are made to order
- Pre-Order- All items for Pre-Order have delivery dates listed on the website
- Orders that are received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on the service selected to your shipping address, and final weight of order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number which will allow you to track your package as it travels to your doorstep!
- It is recommended that you check to confirm that your shipping address is correct and is a secure location to receive shipments.
- If you live in an area where your package may not be safe if left unattended on your doorstep, and you do not have have a large enough mailbox to fit a small package, it is recommended to choose a shipping service where there is a direct signature required.
- For all high value orders of $500 retail and over, it is recommended that you select a shipping service that requires a signature

Return Policy 

Meredith Kahn guarantees all Jewelry to be free of damage.
- While we do not accept returns, we do accept exchanges on domestic orders that are of equal or higher value of your purchase.
- If you believe your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your item to discuss your exchange

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for all Jewelry
- Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for an exchange
- Exchanges are granted on Domestic orders ONLY
- All items must be unworn, free of damage and sent back with its original packaging
- The client is responsible for the cost of shipping when exchanging their item 

Please follow these steps when exchanging your items:

  1. Email with a request to exchange your item
  2. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an invoice for the cost of shipping and or the balance due for the exchange, if applicable
  3. Package your unworn item into its original packaging and secure safely inside the box that the item arrived in

  5. Please choose a return method that can be traced in order to keep track of your package. Please keep your tracking number handy for your reference!
  6. Once your item is received and reviewed, your exchange will be processed shipped to you at the address provided.

    Meredith Kahn is a small business that relies mainly on online sales.  While I understand that sometimes it is helpful to try on your Jewelry before purchasing it, I do not accept Returns.  Since it is terrible to purchase something that will only sit inside of a drawer, I do offer exchanges!!  I would like to encourage you to inquire within and ask as many questions as you like in order to achieve a better understanding on whether the piece of Jewelry you are interested in is right for you.
